Terms of Service
These terms govern access to StrategyCompare, a historical strategy-research service operated from Hong Kong.

Research service only
The service provides historical, hypothetical backtests and portfolio research. It does not provide personalised investment advice, trade execution, custody, brokerage, copy trading or a promise of future returns.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep credentials secure and do not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or use the service unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. The price and currency shown at checkout apply. Stripe processes payments. You may manage or cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Content and availability
StrategyCompare owns the website, software, research presentation and strategy implementations. Your subscription is a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence. We may correct data, methodology or results and may suspend the service for security or maintenance.
Disclaimers and liability
Backtests contain assumptions, costs and data limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss or decisions made from the research. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and law
We may suspend accounts for breach, fraud, abuse or security risk. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law and disputes are subject to Hong Kong courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
