This policy explains how the StrategyCompare operator handles personal data under Hong Kong privacy principles.

Data collected
We collect account email, language and timezone preferences, subscription identifiers and status, saved portfolios, consent records, security logs and communications. Stripe processes card details; StrategyCompare does not store full card numbers.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to provide accounts and research, process subscriptions, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate essential notices, comply with law and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers and transfers
Data may be processed by Render for hosting, PostgreSQL for storage, Stripe for billing and Google for email. These providers may process data outside your location under their own safeguards and contracts.
Retention and security
We retain account and subscription records while the account is active and afterwards as reasonably required for legal, accounting, fraud and dispute purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted secrets and backups, but no system is risk-free.
Cookies and rights
We use necessary session, security and language cookies; no advertising cookies are required in version 1. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions, by emailing hsitradenotification@gmail.com.
